Two Waterproofing Options:

Existing Foundations: If you're experiencing water infiltration in an existing basement, we excavate around the foundation, wash and clean the wall, inspect, complete any necessary repairs, apply our waterproofing system install proper drainage, and backfill. Typical timeline: 1-2 weeks including excavation and backfilling.

 

New Construction: For new builds, we apply our waterproofing system immediately after foundation construction, before backfilling. Typical timeline: 3-4 days.
